Writer in Distress

I had such a brief lull between storms. My mortgage was recently sold to what appears to be a predatory lender and my world is being upended because of it. Sharing a brief moment of my 8 hours on hold with the company (I never did, after all that time, get a person to speak to...) Also, if anyone out there speaks Spanish and would like to translate what the automated service was saying, after listening to it for 8 straight hours, I'd love to know what was being said!
