Why should we care?

A lot has been happening in our world lately, some of it quite unnerving to say the least. Enough so that I felt compelled to comment on it and I hope you'll give me your time to listen. This isn't political, it's simply a question that each of will need to answer at some point in our life, and how you answer it will determine where we as a people will go in the future.
